Jim Lipinski currently serves as the Director of Shared Services for the State of Vermont, overseeing IT operations and customer service. Prior to this role, Jim was a Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services, where responsibilities included leading Managed Cloud Services and shaping IT strategy to enhance client value. Jim has also contributed to the Hyde Park School Board, serving as Chair, and managed the Enhanced 9-1-1 system in Vermont as Information Technology Manager. Earlier in Jim's career, significant achievements included leading a statewide public safety information system as Senior Network Administrator at the Vermont Department of Public Safety. Jim holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a B.S. in Computing Information Systems from Champlain College.
