Annika Kuusela is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in content production and communication strategy. Since February 2020, Annika has held roles as a Communications Specialist and Communications Coordinator at Verkkokauppa.com. Prior to this, Annika worked as a Communications Specialist and Trainee at Posti Group Oyj, where responsibilities included content production. Annika also gained valuable experience at Koja, serving as a Communications Designer and Assistant, focusing on internal communications and content creation. Early career experience includes a role as a Shift Supervisor and Salesperson at Lidl Suomi, honing adaptability and organizational skills. Annika holds a Master's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Tampere and has studied Media and Communication Studies at Stockholm University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Tampere.
