Charlie King is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Verkada since January 2021, Charlie previously held various roles at Plenty from October 2017 to December 2020, including Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer on the Platform Team, and IoT Design Engineer. In addition to technical roles, Charlie has experience in event management and alumni relations as an Office Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder - Alumni Association from May 2015 to May 2017, and as an Alphie Handler for campus events. Early career experience includes an internship at Colorado State University's ERC Optics Lab in July 2012, focused on designing a portable laser spirograph. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2017.
