Yueping Zhang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software-defined networking (SDN) and mobile packet core architectures. Currently serving as an Associate Fellow at Verizon since 2015, Yueping has held various titles, including DMTS and Distinguished Engineer, focusing on innovative applications for next-generation technologies such as IoT, UAV, and 5G. Previously, Yueping co-founded Sodero Networks, Inc. and acted as Chief Technology Officer, leading the development of real-time network performance and security management software. A Ph.D. graduate in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and holder of an MBA from Rutgers Business School, Yueping possesses a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
