Thomas Powe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow and IT service management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Discovery Product Manager at Verizon since November 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Cloud Discovery Product Owner and Software Engineering Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where significant improvements in discovery speed were achieved.
