Spring T. currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Culture and Community at Verizon, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Spring T. had an extensive career at Prudential Financial from July 2013 to May 2024, where responsibilities included various executive leadership roles in Human Resources and Learning & Development. Additionally, Spring T. was a Board Member at Taproot Foundation and a Member of the Chief network, aimed at empowering women in leadership. Other experiences include advisory roles at Rutgers Business School, significant contributions in Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase, and leadership positions at CDC Properties and NBC News. Spring T. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College and a Master of Public Administration from New York University.
