Shweta Bali is a seasoned Radio Frequency Engineer with extensive experience in network design and planning. Presently serving as a Senior Engineer Consultant at Verizon since October 2019, Shweta specializes in site design for New Build, Small Cell, Embedded Base, and ODAS networks, while also evaluating candidates and creating search rings. Previously, Shweta contributed as a Radio Frequency Engineer at TMO, focusing on network design based on KPI analysis, and at AT&T, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and problem-solving during the rollout of LTE technologies. Shweta holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rayat Institute of Engineering and IT.
