Nancy Clark currently serves as President of Verizon Value, overseeing a consumer-focused business unit that serves over 20 million customers with a revenue contribution of $9 billion. With extensive experience at Verizon since 2000, Nancy has held multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP of Global Customer Success and SVP of Consumer Group Customer Service and Sales, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience through innovative service strategies. Previous positions also include SVP & CMO of Verizon Wireless, where Nancy directed marketing operations for a $90 billion portfolio, and roles at GTE Wireless in sales and service operations from 1987 to 1999. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
