Responsibilities spanned network assurance and budget administration, emphasizing network traffic, RF planning, and operational standards. Before Verizon, Leo held numerous roles at ALLTEL Communications, contributing to technology, sales, and general management. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel.
