Kalyani S. serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Data & AI Officer at Verizon, overseeing the strategic direction and execution of the company's Data and AI initiatives to enhance employee and customer experiences while improving operational excellence. With a career at Verizon spanning over two decades, Kalyani has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Data Engineering, where efforts focused on enhancing data usability and implementing Machine Learning strategies, and Vice President and Managing Director, responsible for the evolution of Verizon’s technology center in India. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University. Kalyani also contributes as a Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and a Board Member at the EDM Council.
