Kaitlynn Davis is an Associate Director of Service Management at Verizon, where responsibility includes leading strategic planning and execution of security service management strategies, as well as developing SLAs, KPIs, and QA reviews. Previously, Kaitlynn held positions such as Cyber Security- Insider Threat Program Management and Security Team Lead/Solution Engineer at Verizon, focusing on insider threat management and leading a team dedicated to voice security products. Early career experience includes roles as a Security Analyst at TEKsystems, Customer Engagement Specialist at Empirical Testing Corp., and various positions in customer service and administrative support, including work with the United States Air Force. Kaitlynn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Adams State University.
