Currently serving as Director of Technical Program Management for the Federal Public Sector at Verizon, Justin has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director and Senior Manager in customer success and program management at Verizon. Additionally, Justin has contributed to the Boxtown Team as an Advisory Board Member and gained international experience at Verizon Connect as Senior Manager of Strategic Customer Success. Previously, Justin held sales and management positions at Tesla and Microsoft, showcasing a strong background in sales and account services.
