Gibbs Murayama has extensive experience in product management and business development within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently at Verizon Wireless since September 2011, Gibbs specializes in developing and managing innovative wireless business products for LTE and 5G, including Fixed Wireless Access and Mobile Private Networks. Previous positions include leading partner operations for Precision Market Insights, managing strategic partners and software vendors at Research In Motion, and securing distribution opportunities at AOL. Early in the career, Gibbs held roles at Verizon Wireless, Global Knowledge, Digex Inc., Iridium N.A., Sprint PCS, and ATI, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and strategic alliances. Gibbs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
