Jessica Alessandro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Public Sector at Veritone since January 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Papaya Global, where responsibilities included onboarding clients for a SaaS platform related to global payroll and workforce management. Earlier roles include managing over 250 accounts as an Account Manager at GiveSmart, freelance management of workshops at CraftJam, and various positions in real estate and administrative support. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from The George Washington University and completed a Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly.
