Ayla Lyon is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in event management and client experience. Currently serving as Marketing and Communications Director at Broadbean Technology since August 2018, Ayla previously held roles including Marketing Manager and Head of Events and Operations at TALiNT Partners. Earlier experience includes International Client Experience and Event Manager at Bullhorn, where key achievements involved leading the flagship Bullhorn Live event and managing over 60 international events. Ayla's career began in marketing roles, including Business Development Representative at Bullhorn and Marketing Assistant at PowerBee, along with internships in promotions and press release development. Ayla holds a BA (Hons) in Film and Media from the University of Aberystwyth and has completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
