Krystal Smith has extensive experience in inventory management and customer service, currently serving as an Inventory Specialist at Veritiv Corporation since July 2016, with previous roles as Part Coordinator and Account Manager. Prior to Veritiv, Krystal worked at ESCO Technologies, LLC as a Customer Service Advocate from December 2013 to June 2016. Earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Cincinnati Bell from April 2010 to August 2012, and as a Prior Authorization Representative at Express Scripts for a brief period in 2009-2010. Krystal holds a Certificate as a Nail Technician/Specialist and Manicurist from Moore University of Hair Design and attended UC Blue Ash College between 1998 and 1999.
