Ondrej Dolezal has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and research. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Verition Fund Management LLC since July 2022. Prior to this, Ondrej worked as a Researcher at the University of Hradec Králové from August 2015. During their time there, they were a member of several research teams and contributed to publications on topics such as population prediction with dementia and computer simulations in archaeological research. Additionally, they taught software engineering classes at the university.

Before joining the University of Hradec Králové, Ondrej worked as a Software Engineer at Fenix One from January 2021 to August 2022. Ondrej also served as an Assistant Professor at The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics from April 2018 to January 2021.
