Marc Vesecky's work experience includes being the Senior Managing Director of Global Quantitative Strategies at Verition Fund Management LLC, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Markets and Chief Risk Officer at Menai Financial Group from February 2021 to January 2023. Marc also had a brief period of self-employment in January and February 2021. Marc held the position of Chief Investment Officer / Chief Risk Officer and Partner at Tower Research Capital from December 2008 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Risk Manager at Citadel Investment Group from January 2005 to December 2008, and as a Risk Analyst at Man Financial from 2003 to 2005. Furthermore, they worked as an Options Trader at Sallerson-Troob LLC from 2000 to 2003, as well as a Proprietary Trader from 1997 to 2000. Marc's earliest job in their career was as an Options Trader at Societe Generale from 1994 to 1997.

Marc Vesecky pursued their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1994. During this time, they completed both their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, focusing their studies on Economics and Finance.
