Previous experience includes roles as Director of Accounting at Unified Women's Healthcare, where Janet managed a team of 5 accountants and improved internal controls, and Controller at Catalent Pharma Solutions, responsible for building the finance department and collaborating with Ernst & Young to achieve significant tax savings. Additionally, Janet founded a financial consultancy serving small to medium-sized businesses, held various consulting and managerial positions in finance for healthcare and technology companies, and accumulated extensive experience in budget management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades. Janet's education includes an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma City University and a degree from North Carolina State University.
