Rizky Athallah is an experienced QA Consultant currently employed at Verint since October 2023. Prior roles include Software Development Engineer in Test at Kitabisa from March 2023 to September 2023, and Quality Assurance Engineer at Grab from August 2022 to December 2022, where significant contributions were made to enhancing a leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia. In addition, Rizky served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Indonesia, assisting in courses on Enterprise Application Architecture and Programming. Earlier experience includes working as a QA Automation Engineer at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, focusing on automation testing and collaboration with development teams. Rizky Athallah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Indonesia, complemented by a strong foundation in science education from SMA Negeri Cahaya Madani Banten.
