Ginny Nygaard Barbre has over two decades of experience in customer engagement and support renewals, currently serving as VP of CES Renewals at Verint since October 2011. In this role, Ginny leads the North America Renewals business, overseeing various service renewals including Perpetual Maintenance, SaaS, and Managed Services. Prior to Verint, Ginny held multiple positions at Infor from November 2003 to October 2011, culminating in the role of Senior Program Manager for Global Maintenance, where the focus was on maintenance revenue retention and customer satisfaction for strategic accounts. Ginny began their career in sales with MAPICS and served as a Legal Office Assistant at The Law Offices in Cumming, GA. Ginny graduated from Western Carolina University with a BA in Marketing Research and an Art minor.
