Roman Shandurenko is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend development, technical leadership, and DevOps practices. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Veriff since March 2022, Roman plays a key role in enhancing developer experience through the creation of internal tools and the optimization of engineering processes. Previously, at Mooncascade, Roman served as Lead Developer, focusing on team performance, recruitment, and managing client expectations, alongside developing multi-functional backend systems. Roman's diverse technology stack includes Golang, Python, TypeScript, AWS, and various database technologies. With a career spanning over eight years in software development, Roman has also held positions as a Full Stack Developer at Daxx and PHP Developer at FORFORCE, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of programming languages and frameworks. Roman holds a Specialist Degree in Computer Science and Information Technologies, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information and Transport Systems and Technologies from the University of Customs and Finance.
