Andrew Boyd is an accomplished finance and legal professional with extensive experience in private investments and board governance. As the Founder of Bramalea Partners since January 2020, Andrew has been instrumental in shaping the firm's direction. Andrew has served on the Board of Directors for Skyhawk Therapeutics and Veridt, LLC since 2018 and 2007, respectively. Previously, Andrew held significant roles at Fidelity Investments from June 2004 to December 2019, including Head of Global Equity Capital Markets and Managing Director, Special Situations, where over $20 billion in private capital investments were executed. Andrew's legal expertise includes tenure as an Attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew holds a B.A. (Hons) in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto and an LLB from the University of Windsor.
