Phillip Mattsson-Boze currently serves as a New Home Specialist at Veridian Homes since September 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held various positions at IDM Hospitality Management, including Corporate Director of Data Strategy, Corporate Director of Development, and General Manager of HotelRED, a boutique hotel in Madison. Phillip was also President and Secretary of the Greater Madison Hotel & Lodging Association from March 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Phillip worked at North Central Group, gaining experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Front Office Manager, and at Wisco Hotel Group as Front Office Manager. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2005 and 2008.
