Kadir Dilekci is an experienced professional with a solid background in management and finance. Currently serving as Shift Manager at Vergeer Holland since November 2018, responsibilities include leading and motivating operational teams while ensuring a safe working environment. Previously, Kadir was a Productie Shift Leader managing a team of 85 at Vergeer Holland, and held roles in process optimization and financial advisory at Royal A-ware and Davraz Auto Parts, respectively. Kadir also has experience as a business owner at Kane Led-Lights and has worked in accounts payable and finance at multiple organizations including Wellantcollege and NJR. Kadir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Financial Management from HBO University and an MBO in Administration from Roc Midden Nederland.
