Bercan Günel is an accomplished Executive Coach and Board Advisor with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Since May 2014, Bercan has been associated with NGL International, focusing on purpose-led, adaptive leadership that promotes sustainable results. Current roles include Chair of the Remuneration, Nomination and HR Committee at Milieudefensie, and various supervisory board positions at Het Nationale Theater and High Quality Recruitment. Bercan authored the book "We hebben al een vrouw," which addresses gender diversity in Dutch corporate leadership. Previous experiences encompass significant contributions to De Balie and Dolmans, as well as coaching at TIAS School for Business and Society. Bercan holds degrees from Harvard Business School and Boğaziçi University, along with certification as a Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
