Marcela Martinez has a diverse work experience in the oil industry. Marcela started their career as a Petrophysics Student Technician at Texas A&M University in 2013. Marcela then worked as a Science/technical Tutor for Student Athletes at the university before joining Talisman Energy USA as a Completions Engineering Intern in 2014. In 2015, they joined Refinery Specialties, Inc. as an Application Development Engineer before transitioning to the role of Production Applications Engineer in 2017. Marcela then joined Verdun Oil Company in 2019, where they initially worked as a Project Analyst before becoming an Operations Engineer.

Marcela Martinez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they pursued their Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering at the same institution. Marcela specialized in Petroleum Engineering throughout their educational journey.
