THE VERDEX STORY
Our Founder and President, Rex Kirby, ran the southeastern division for a national contractor and grew them from a struggling division to a $400+ million annual powerhouse.  Along the way, he learned what worked and what didn’t.  He took those collective experiences, listened to industry associates, weaved in his own beliefs, and created Verdex's “best practices” as the foundation for Verdex’s philosophies, processes and procedures.

With the construction market quickly back to the overheated stage, many Owners have been unhappy with the service they are receiving from their Contractors.  Projects are piling up and the concept of a construction partner seems to be disappearing, particularly in the arena of providing a true preconstruction effort in order to set a project up for success. Our agile team has experience with a wide range of projects ranging from small tenant improvement projects to ventures valued at $200+ million.  Our areas of focus include preconstruction and construction services for multifamily; hospitality; senior living; commercial/mixed use; public sector and tenant improvement projects. We like getting up each morning to find solutions to each project’s challenges whether it’s through cost savings alternatives or a unique approach in the field.
