Grzegorz Gorczyca is an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate strategy, project management, and research and development. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Strategy and CEO at Charlock, as well as Program Manager at Verder Liquids, Grzegorz has held various leadership roles at WESCO Bruckner Poland, overseeing lean initiatives and program management for UTC Units. With a history that includes significant positions such as R&D Director at JANAR and Manager Lead at JAMAX, where a Six Sigma program was introduced to strengthen market presence in Romania and Hungary, Grzegorz has also been instrumental in managing aviation and industrial projects at Textron and Bell Helicopter. Grzegorz holds a Master's degree from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego 艁ukasiewicza and has received apprenticeships in Lean and production planning.
