Rachel Riley Macedonia currently serves as the Talent Development Leader at Verdantas since January 2025, following a notable tenure at CT Consultants from 2016 to January 2025, where roles included Market Leader of Development and Manager of Talent Expansion. Rachel has been instrumental in driving talent development and acquisition programs, enhancing employee capabilities for strategic role alignment. Additionally, Rachel co-chaired the Future Leaders of CT, fostering educational and networking opportunities for professional growth. Previous experience includes positions such as Marketing Manager at SMPS Columbus and Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at Karpinski Engineering, alongside various roles in sales and management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lourdes University, completed in 2012, and attended Bowling Green State University from 2004 to 2007.
