Raymond Tam, CEM, MBA has extensive work experience in sustainable business development, energy management and construction. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Crew Leader/Supervisor at Tam's Construction, where they worked on and supervised the progress and completion of construction or handyman work, and implemented a computerized record keeping system. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Sustainable Business Developer & Sustainability Consultant at Verdafero, Inc., where they led a consulting team conducting field work and data analysis for commercial energy audits/surveys, and provided billing analysis, on-site data acquisition and real-time observation to create a holistic and customized profile of facilities to model energy consumption. From 2012 to present, they have been an Energy Manager at Pundir Group, where they conduct ASHRAE Level I, II and III energy audits on new and existing buildings, and benchmarks buildings via EnergyStar's Portfolio Manager according to city and state regulations.
Raymond Tam holds an MBA from San Francisco State University's Lam Family College of Business, which they obtained in 2010. Raymond also holds a BS in Business Management and Decision Sciences from the same university, which they earned from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, Raymond attended Chabot College from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their general education. Additionally, Raymond is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers.
