Amber Dekker currently serves as an HR Business Partner for Vercom International, managing HR functions for multiple locations in the Netherlands. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Administrator at Aexus, and positions as Office Manager and Assistant Consultant at van der pal recruitment. Amber also gained experience as a Special Events Management Intern at David Beahm Experiences and completed a student internship at Sandals Resorts International. Educationally, Amber holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership & Talent Management from BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague.
