Laura Boncea currently serves as the Europe Regional Controller and Team Leader Accounting at Ceragon Networks since April 2020. Previous roles include Chief Accountant at SMYK Group from January 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities involved financial management of a Romanian entity with an annual turnover of approximately 14 million EUR, as well as establishing financial procedures for the group. Prior to that, Laura worked as a Financial Advisor and Accountant independently from January 2011 to January 2017, handling various financial reporting and budgeting processes. Additional experience includes Finance Manager at Suport Colect, Chief Accountant at Copper Beech Group, and Chief Accountant at Fortum Engineering SRL. Laura holds an M.B.A. from Conservatoire National Des Arts Et METIERS Paris and has pursued further education with CIMA from 2013 to 2021, along with an MBA in Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
