Ella Erlich-Tetariy

Speech Recognition Engineer at Verbit

Ella Erlich-Tetariy has worked as a Speech recognition engineer at Verbit.ai since 2021. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Afeka Center for Language Processing (ACLP) from 2009 to 2021. In this role, they were involved in various aspects of speech processing algorithms, such as feature extraction, acoustic modeling, training methods, decoding, and language model estimation. Ella also worked with both commercial and open source engines and built necessary infrastructure. Additionally, they have experience in KWS algorithms and has worked with open-source speech recognition toolkits like HTK and Kaldi. Ella has also contributed to conference proceedings and presentations in the field of speech processing.

Ella Erlich-Tetariy pursued their education starting in 2005 at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2009. Following this, they enrolled at Bar-Ilan University in 2010 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information System Management in 2013.
