Max Herbert has a demonstrated history of work experience in various roles within the customer service and operations field. Max is currently the Head of Customer Resolutions at Verastar, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at British Gas Business as a Customer Operations Manager from July 2017 to June 2021, and as an Operations Team Manager from July 2015 to July 2017. Before joining British Gas Business, Max served as an Operations Team Leader at Ashfield District Council from October 2013 to July 2015. Max began their career at Direct Help & Advice, where they worked as a Team Leader from July 2011 to October 2013, and as a Team Supervisor from March 2010 to July 2011.

Max Herbert obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Derby. Max attended the university from 2001 to 2004.
