Jamie Pirtle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and shared services management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of HR Shared Services at Veralto since April 2024, Jamie focuses on designing and building new Enterprise Shared Services. Previously, as the Director of Enterprise Business Services at The Mosaic Company from January 2021 to April 2024, Jamie successfully established a Global Business Services organization, achieving significant cost savings of over $6 million annually. Jamie’s career at RTX spanned from 1999 to 2020, culminating in the role of Head of Customer Success for Global Shared Services, where Jamie led an organization supporting a vast workforce across 38 countries and saved $5 million annually through effective team consolidation. Jamie’s education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Project Management Certification from Collin College.
