Gerald Chen currently serves as the Water Quality Segment Finance Leader at Veralto, starting in February 2024, with primary responsibilities related to FP&A for Hach in North America. Prior to Veralto, Gerald held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Otter Products from 2013 to February 2024, leading global financial planning, accounting, and analytics functions for a large enterprise. Additional experience includes roles at EY and Jones Day, focusing on international tax, transfer pricing, and corporate governance. Gerald holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
