Mehrzad Almasi is a Java Software Engineer at Verafin since August 2018, focusing on combating fraud. Previously, Mehrzad served as a Teaching Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland from May 2016 to July 2018, supporting undergraduate and graduate students in programming and complex networks courses, as well as serving as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant for an introductory logic course. Prior to this role, Mehrzad was an Instructor at the Universities of Gilan from June 2012 to February 2016. Mehrzad holds a degree from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador, earned between 2016 and 2018.
