Christine Grondalski has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current role as the VP of Growth Strategy at Veradigm, they served as the Director of Client Solutions at the same company. Before joining Veradigm, Christine worked at Pulse8 Inc. as the Director of Client Solutions and Senior Director of Customer Engagement. Christine also held various leadership positions at Fallon Health, including Senior Director of Risk Adjustment & Analytics, Director of Risk Adjustment & Analytics, and Director of Medicare Reimbursement & Analytics. Christine's earlier experience includes roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as an Underwriter and Customer Service Representative. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk adjustment programs, provider engagement, prospective and retrospective diagnosis coding, and healthcare analytics.

Christine Grondalski earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Account-Based Marketing Foundations and Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2021 respectively.
