Md. Nuruzzaman Faruqui has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Rollout Management Senior Manager at VEON since January 2012, responsibilities include managing various telecom projects and overseeing network infrastructure. Previously held roles at VEON include Network Deployment Manager, where budget implementation of $4 million and various network deployment tasks were managed, and Rollout Deputy Manager, overseeing the rollout of 2G/3G networks and managing significant CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Prior to VEON, Md. Nuruzzaman held positions at Orascom Telecom, where roles ranged from Rollout Assistant Manager to Rollout Engineer, focusing on managing teams and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, experience includes serving as an ICT Trainer at Proshika Net & Computer Systems and Bangladesh Computer Council, and as a Project Engineer at APEX INFOTECH LTD., coordinating with telecom vendors and designing network solutions. Md. Nuruzzaman holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the International University of Business, Agriculture and Technology.
