Laure Girodet has extensive work experience in the water and environmental services industry. Laure has held various roles at companies such as Veolia, SUEZ, Lyonnaise des Eaux, Parisienne des Eaux, and Aguas Argentinas. Laure has worked in positions such as Senior VP Group Health and Safety, Global Human Resources Director, CEO Industrial Water France, Sales Director, and Administrator of the Board of Directors. Laure has also had experience in project management and operational improvement. Most recently, Laure has been with Veolia, serving as SVP Health & Safety Operations and Administrator of the Board of Directors for Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions.

Laure Girodet attended the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Engineering. Laure then attended Sciences Po from 2019 to 2020, earning a Master's degree in HR & Transformation. Prior to that, Laure completed their secondary education at Lycée Hoche à Versailles from 1990 to 1992, specializing in Mathematics through Classes Préparatoires.
