Diliana Karailieva serves as the Capability Development Director and Programme Lead at Veolia since May 2017, following their role as Head of Business Development Support & Change Leader at Veolia UK from July 2014 to May 2017. Prior experience includes positions at Dalkia plc as Head of Business Development Support and Business Support Manager, as well as serving as National Programme Co-ordinator for the Graduate Management Training Programme at NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Diliana Karailieva started the career as a Consultant at Accountancy Additions and held the role of Business Support Manager at People First HA. Notably, in 2007-2008, Diliana Karailieva volunteered with Action for Sustainable Living, organizing an ethical fashion show. Educational achievements include CIPD Qualifications (FCIPD) in 2019 and an MA/CIPD, MSc, BA between 1999 and 2010. A levels were completed at Adam's Grammar School in Newport, Shropshire.
