Ashley Doel currently serves as a Shift Supervisor at Veolia since July 2023. Since November 2016, Ashley has been a retained firefighter with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, actively participating in the Hampshire Animal Rescue and Water Rescue teams. Previously, Ashley held the position of Production Supervisor at Real English Drinks Group from December 2022 to July 2023 and worked as Production Team Lead for Paper Machine 1 at Portals from October 2015 to December 2022, overseeing a team and managing essential operational responsibilities. Ashley holds a Level 3 Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery from Basingstoke College of Technology, completed in 2013, and attended Testbourne Community School from 2005 to 2010.
