Christèle DROLON has a diverse and extensive work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Christèle began their career in Nestlé France, where they worked in different subsidiaries, brands, and categories, gaining experience in product portfolio management, innovation, communication, and activation. During this time, they successfully launched and activated new products that are still in existence today.

Christèle then joined ICI Paints, where they held various positions, including Key Account Manager, National Sales Director, and Marketing Group Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for business development, national negotiations, and strategic analysis. Christèle also implemented new brand portfolio strategies and executed disruptive communication strategies that led to increased brand equity.

After ICI Paints, Christèle joined AkzoNobel, where they held several leadership positions, including Marketing Director, Senior Global Brand Manager, and Business Director. Their roles involved developing local teams, setting strategic directions, and overseeing the implementation and execution of business activities. Christèle was also responsible for leading organizational transformations in marketing and driving business impact and engagement. Christèle was recognized for their innovation roadmap and successful brand activities, which received awards.

In their most recent position at Tarkett, Christèle served as International KA Director, Vice President Marketing EMEA, and Marketing Director EMEA. Their responsibilities included driving sales and marketing excellence, developing marketing strategies, and leading organizational transformations. Christèle successfully implemented brand activities and initiatives that contributed to business growth and brand equity.

Currently, Christèle DROLON serves as the Executive Vice President Commercial Excellence Sales and Marketing at Veolia Water Technologies.

Christèle DROLON has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Montpellier Business School, which they completed from 1989 to 1992. Christèle then pursued a Master's equivalent degree in Marketing from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, which they completed from 1992 to 1993. In 2018, they attended the London Business School for a brief period to study Affaires, gestion, marketing et services de soutien apparentés.
