Richard Bolger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of technical operations and building information modeling. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Veolia Ireland since September 2023, Richard has previously held the position of BIM Manager at both Modubuild and Veolia Ireland. Richard's career began in 1990 as a Draughtsman at MC O'Sullivan Consulting Engineers, eventually progressing through various roles, including Operations Manager at POOLCOURT and Drawing Office Manager at Veolia Ireland. Richard holds an MSc in Building Information and Modelling Management from Technological University Dublin and has completed additional studies at the Irish Management Institute and Institute of Technology, Carlow.
