Max Herrell is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as Manager of Business Development at VenU since June 2016. In this role, Max focuses on designing and developing customer training programs that include job and task analysis, content development, and various learning initiatives such as eLearning and classroom training. Prior to VenU, Max held several managerial positions at GE Transportation and GE Energy, leading training efforts for global services and supply chain operations. Max's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Chapman College.
