YALDA RIAHI, B.COMM., B.A. (HONOURS), LL.B., J.D., EMBA, GENERAL COUNSEL Yalda Riahi is an experienced lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law, commercial leasing, commercial litigation and employment matters. She currently acts as the General Counsel to Mircom Group of Companies, a global designer and manufacturer of life safety and building automation systems. Yalda serves as a Board Director for several not-for-profit organizations, including Mackenzie Health Foundation, Toronto Montessori Schools and CILAC Pro Bono. She is also a co-founder and Board Director of various corporations that are active in a range of industries including real estate and pharmaceuticals. Yalda is an alumna of the Rotman School of Management (EMBA) University of Windsor (LL.B.), University of Detroit Mercy (J.D.), York University (B.A.) and Ryerson University (B.Comm.).
