Rachael Reiling currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Market Development at Venture Solutions Inc since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Director Of Business Development at SPIRE Credit Union from January 2013 to February 2020. Rachael's earlier experience includes serving as AVP Senior Branch Manager at Associated Bank from June 2008 to January 2013 and Branch Manager at American Bank of Saint Paul from September 2005 to June 2008. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, completed in 2018, and has furthered professional development through the Graduating Banking Program at Barret School of Banking and a Leadership & Community Development program through Leadership Saint Paul. Rachael also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Inver Hills Community College in 2014.
