Andrew Niklaus (he/him) has been working in the nonprofit and public sector for over 19 years. In 2020, they became the Principal of Impact + People at Venture Leadership Consulting, where they serve as an interim executive to move organizations to their strategic goals.

Prior to this, Andrew was the Founder of Pivot Consulting, Inc. from 2015-2020. Andrew was the Director of Impact + Evaluation at Tipping Point Community from 2013-2015 and the Associate Director at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) from 2012-2013. From 2006-2012, they were the Vice President of Programs at First Place for Youth and the Director of Education and Employment Services at Larkin Street Youth Services from 2001-2006.

Andrew Niklaus received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Davis in 1994, having started their studies there in 1990.
