Todd Frey currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Project Controls at Venture Global LNG since December 2021. Previously, Todd held the position of Global Manager of Project Controls at Bechtel Mining & Metals from January 2018 to December 2021, overseeing global staffing, training, and project effectiveness assessments. Todd's extensive experience at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals spanned over 27 years, where key roles included Business Manager for significant projects and Project Controls Manager with responsibilities encompassing cost management, scheduling, and estimating. Todd also has a background in systems support and Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to process improvements across various projects in different sectors throughout a career that began in 1981.
